All insurance decisions, representations, and compliance obligations remain the responsibility of the agency and its licensed users.
EzeeBind may be provided in beta or early-access form. Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued. Availability and performance are not guaranteed.
Users agree not to rely on EzeeBind as their sole system of record during beta use.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Nxus Hive, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
While reasonable security measures are used, no system is immune from compromise. Nxus Hive, LLC is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from advanced or malicious attacks beyond reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nxus Hive, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid to use the platform in the preceding 12 months.
Users agree not to misuse the platform, violate laws, upload harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access.
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time to protect platform integrity, security, or legal compliance.
